The Intramurals Club is an opportunity for students to "drop in" as their busy lives allow them some time to join us in a number of group activity options, such as but not limited to ultimate frisbee, frisbee golf and other team sports and group games that are of low cost, risk, or material needs. Essentially we meet once per week from 2:30-3:30, warm up, divide up into teams and have some fun doing a healthy activity that any student capable of participating in regular physical education classes could be expected to be able to participate in. The fall emphasis is on playing ultimate frisbee and we will continue with it until the weather prevents it or until interest drops off, at which time we will introduce another active opportunity, but currently we have always had from 16 to 22 people playing with a generally increasing level of participation at each meeting as word of mouth has gotten out.
